Beer To Improve Milk Supply

On many popular breastfeeding forums, moms are talking about increasing low milk supply with beer. See the following example post:

I have an aunt in Mexico and she told me this, and my Mom was prescribed one beer a week when she had me(I'm talking bout 25 yrs ago and in Mexico), the doc. said that the yeast or the ingredients in it helped with the milk production. Of course he never told her to go drink a six pack or anything like that but he said that if 1 can of beer every other day or so would help her. She got sick and had to stop breastfeeding so she really didn't get a chance to try it, but was he crazy?

Many moms swear by drinking a can of beer for milk supply. If you have low milk supply though, do you want to have to drink beer everyday to keep it up? A much better alternative to drinking a can of beer would be to try something herbal like Breastea.

Breastfeeding moms for thousands of years have seen the benefits of using lactation herbs while breastfeeding. These time-honored traditions have been passed down from generation to generation. In modern day times, we really need these natural ways of increasing milk supply.

In the past, there was no formula. So it was essential that nursing moms had a way to increase breast milk production. Otherwise they would have to use a wet nurse. Many times a wet nurse was not easy to find.

Breastea offers a great, natural way to increase your milk production without drinking a can of beer. Simply make up a gallon of Breastea. Store in the refrigerator. Drink a glass every few hours. Breastfeed or pump as normal. Watch your milk supply increase!
