When you need to increase breastmilk supply

Breastfeeding is hard work. Especially when you run into problems.

Many breastfeeding moms ask the question, "Am I making enough breastmilk?"

This is a valid concern. As a breastfeeding mother, you want to make sure your body is producing enough breastmilk for baby.

If you find you are running into low milk supply, make sure to increase breastfeeding. If possible, forget the pump and just breastfeed on demand. If you have to pump, make sure you are doing it every two or three hours for about fifteen minutes at a time.

Many moms find great results using herbs that are specifically for low breastmilk supply. Herbs used for this reason have been used for many, many years in breastfeeding moms that have low milk supply. I speak from experience when I say they do increase breastmilk production.

A great (and affordable) tea to try for low milk supply is Breastea. This tea is already packaged and very easy to use. Most moms see an increase in breastmilk supply within the first day or two. Plus, the tea has a mild taste.

Each tea bag makes one gallon of tea. Store in the refrigerator. Drink it about four times a day.

When experiencing low breast milk supply, breastfeed often and drink Breastea to encourage and promote your breastmilk production. As a breastfeeding mother, you may experience bumps down the line. The important thing is to continue breastfeeding and giving baby the best!
